Well located, though not right in the main tourist area. Good sized room.

A little hard to find as hidden behind a restaurant under the same ownership. Public parking is a little walk away but is a secure underground one. Would be good to have free wifi included in the price. The room was finished but the stair area is under development.

The room was very clean having recently bean decorated. The location was a reasonable walk to the centre of gent but also being a tranquil location set back from the road and shielded from any traffic noise. The manager of the hotel made you feel welcome. This was a good place to stay.

The hotel is in the process of being renovated and there was no banister on the stairsm. I thought that this was not acceptable with regards to health and safety.

A top spot in town. It's got a cool modern vibe and the staff is super nice, especially at check-out. the breakfast serves up some yummy yogurt and cheeses - so good! 🍳

The location is very convenient, close to a garden and what seemed like former apartments; the place is beautifully decorated and has a unique, brand-new layout.

when we arrived we had to telephone to get let in - you have to go through some doors and a shared foyer to get to the little hotel bungalow things behind and there was no buzzer. the fact that you have to have a keycode to get in after hours for the doors made us nervous in case it did not work and we were stranded outside - but worked perfectly. was the only hotel of our stay to add city tax to the price quoted. would definitely recommend the tram to and from the station as a very long walk

The staff there were extremely courteous and helpful. The breakfast was also excellent. The hotel is out of town but bus stop was a short walk from hotel. In short I would really recommend this hotel, it's really good value for money, staff are great and the room was very clean.

very large, comfortable room with modern, quality furniture. rooms in a quiet courtyard off the street. the place is more like a business person's bed & breakfast than a hotel seems as if staff were also owners. Very helpful.

This was a business trip with free evenings. Parkhotel is in an excellent location, quiet but only a few minutes from centre. Did not have dinner since restaurant closed Sunday/Monday, but good continental breakfast in pleasant surroundings. Rooms are modern, good size and functional.

Possibly first impressions. This is not a full front, in your face glossy hotel - but don't be deceived, it is very nice.

Our room was brand-new and modern with a good shower and a comfortable bed. the staff were excellent and friendly all the time. - the service was friendly, including an easy check-in. - the location was decent, right on the canal. - It was near the beautiful historic center of Ghent and the interesting old town.
